Current Job Openings

Needs to have the ability to calibrate higher-level equipment and calibrate equipment across a couple of labs. They will have experience in dimensional, physical (leak, mass, torque, etc.), or electrical calibration. On-site calibration up to 50%. They may start in an Electrical, Dimensional, or Physical lab (Pressure, torque, mass, leak, etc) – depending on the background.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Candidates with experience in PMEL, PME, TMDE, Metrology, Calibration, ASQ CCT, METCAL, GPETE, Electronics, GCAMS, or Avionics highly desired
  • Perform their own calibration work with little to no supervision
  • Conduct their own research when necessary
  • Coordinate and manage daily workloads without direction from the manager
  • Able to conduct calibration work at customer on-site with little to no direction
  • Work with lab support staff 
  • Identify and utilize appropriate measurement techniques
  • Understand and apply uncertainties to measurements made
  • Be able to read and interpret labs’ scopes of accreditation
  • Maintain calibration standards
  • Must be able to perform these functions within a laboratory or customer onsite setting

Needs to have a background in QAQC or inspection or manufacturing with knowledge of metrology and calibration. They will work in the dimensional lab with expectations that they will be learning other disciplines in the future. On-site calibration after training up to 50%.

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn new skills in regard to calibration and calibration processes
  • Previous experience with electronic or pressure training preferred
  • Basic mathematical skills including algebra, geometry and statistics
  • Familiarity with basic tools
  • Proficiency with office computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic organizational and time management skills
  • Basic interpersonal skills to interact with customers
  • Ability to lift 50lbs for API gages

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our new equipment sales and calibration services. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their specific needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their operations. You will work independently to develop a sales pipeline, close deals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Houston and surrounding areas.  
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions for calibration, testing, and measurement equipment.  
  • Execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.  
  • Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective customers.  
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and resolve client concerns.  
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.  

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be a key part of our operations team, ensuring seamless shipping and receiving processes while supporting our growing thread gage rental program. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will coordinate shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met with precision and reliability.  

Position: Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving, including preparing shipments, verifying contents, and tracking deliveries.  
  • Coordinate the thread gage rental program by organizing orders, tracking inventory, and scheduling timely returns.  
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for shipping materials and rental items, ensuring optimal stock levels.  
  • Communicate with customers to confirm shipment details and provide updates on order statuses.  
  •  Collaborate with internal departments to resolve shipping or rental issues and address customer inquiries.  
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for shipping and handling.  
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and implement cost-effective solutions.
