Thread Gage Rental FAQs

We manage thread gage rental programs for Halliburton, Weatherford, and SLB. This includes plug gages, ring gages, thread setting plugs, API gages, and ACME gages.

We welcome partnerships with additional manufacturers.

Rental rates are provided upon submission of an approved manufacturer PO (Halliburton, SLB, or Weatherford).

Rentals run for 30-day periods with a maximum duration of 180 days.

Additional monthly charges apply for gages kept beyond the rental period.

The renter is responsible for replacement costs of damaged or lost gages.

Pre-rental calibration is included in the rental fee.

  • Local pickup available
  • FedEx shipping (prepaid and added to invoice or customer account)
  • Customer-provided UPS labels (we provide weights/dimensions)
  • Shipping costs vary by gage weight

Yes, with manufacturer-approved POs. Customers coordinate pickup with their freight forwarder.

We provide secure packaging and required documentation.

Net 30 with approved credit references.
